THINGS TO AVOID
In the next few lessons I’d like to introduce a series of videos, articles and resources for you to read/watch to get a better understanding of the types of tasks that postnatal diastasis recti clients in particular, often:
- do on a daily basis,
- perform incorrectly (without thinking), and
- need to learn how to perform them in a more optimal way
Being aware of these habitual tasks means that you’re better versed in modifying them so they’re safer for your client to perform whilst there’s still a diastasis present.
And, it also gives you the opportunity of knowing how to make alterations to certain movements and exercises too, so scroll through to the next lesson and enjoy!
